My name is Anu Nadimpalli, Founder and Creative Executive Officer.

Amaatra Creations was born as a luxury concept store and a living, breathing, creative space where art becomes:

Shaping Tomorrow, Today

Our goal is to address head-on, three troubling practices that we have identified that, we believe, are damaging the fashion industry and the planet:

• Women´s contribution to the fashion industry going unrecognized and misrepresented overall.

• Overproduction of fast fashion and landfills being overwhelmed with unsold, returned, out-of-season and out-of-fashion apparel excesses.

• Textile and textile related materials ¨take-make- waste¨ culture of damaged and single-use clothing.

Our goal is to make sure that every one of our apparel that you wear silently empowers our woman workers who produced it. Our women-centred Re-Pair Atelier is an incubation chamber of inspiration, healing, empowerment, and productivity.

We are strong proponents of preparing your orders based on order request ONLY. We do not carry storage rooms filled with stock. Being an online store, we get to work as soon we receive your order and pride ourself in delivering on a timely basis.

After more than a decade of creating art for those who are looking for that extra special something in their lives, I believe that being an artist is all about creating inspirational experiences. Some to satisfy one´s situation that they are in and others to last a lifetime.

  • • A monogrammed intuitive scarf for my client’s Mom for her special day;

  • • An intuitive art with birds and nature, converted into a personalized scarf for that special bird lover friend;

  • • Custom-made “DNA” design scarves and neckties for the Director of Neurology at the Harvard Medical College, as Christmas gifts for her beloved team;

I believe that I have found my IKIGAI (life purpose) in my artwork.
